I am going through *a lot* of really unpleasant stuff right now, and I am feeling very fragile. I do not know what to do with myself, so I guess it'll be just existing for a while.

@melyanna, I really hope things improve for you soon. Totally get the speck of dust thing BTW. Sometimes it is indeed comforting to look up at the night sky and feel like a very small but important part of something unimaginably large. Though we are small and fleeting, nothing in the Universe would be the same if we were not exactly where and what we are. · 5 months ago

Now existing is a bit painful at the moment, but I try reminding myself I am a tiny speck of dust on a tiny speck of dust in the middle (not even at the centre) of a massively old Universe. Tiny and temporary. I know it does not sound comforting to many people, but it does to me. · 5 months ago

Trust me, it gets better on the other side, even if it takes a while for it to. Once the irritant is removed, you'll begin to recover. It's okay to be feeling this way right now. I used to think I wouldn't make it to today, and here I am, 11 days past the due date.

I recently realised that ‘It's OK not to be well’, it's something natural that sometimes our environment is not able to understand. The best thing to do is to take time for yourself, to do things that really fulfil you (although unfortunately when you are unwell nothing fulfils you), to isolate yourself from the world to find yourself, people who appreciate you will understand your silence. And if you feel like shouting do it, there is nothing wrong with that 🙂 · 5 months ago
