What's a good server software to use for a basic gemini blog? Also considering gopher/http support.

I've noticed some Capsules seems to run through TOR. What's a good way to run TOR on Android with Lagrange? I think in the past I'd use Orbot, but I'm not sure if that's still the preferred method.

I've been in an area with poor cell reception for a few weeks now. Luckily Gemini is so light I'm still able to browse here with no issues, whereas traditional internet is barely loading.
