About the gemlog.blue shutting down process. — Hey everyone! I downloaded all the gemlogs from gemlog.blue and filtered out a bunch of spam (well, most of it). I'm thinking about uploading that archived version to a site on subnet.city to keep the gemlogs safe (and also to archive.org), but I’d like to check with the developers of gemlog.blue first. Problem is, I have no clue how to get in touch with them. Can anyone help me out?

Was wondering if anyone could point me in a good direction to get a dummies version of building more advanced capsules in Gemini space? I've looked all over and even burned up to AI sessions trying to figure this one out. Thanks for any help.
So, tomorrow's Friday. Who's pumped?
I just found out that Lagrange is available on iOS as a TestFlight: [https link] Lagrange TestFlight It's so sick!!!! It just works and works well!!! It looks just like Lagrange on my Mac!!!!! I may have entered Phase II of my Geminispace exploration. Gimme cool blogs & stuff to follow :3
Can Gmcapsule work on Windows? — I'm now wondering if I can use Gmcapsule on my Windows 11 laptop, but it might not be possible to do this. I'll just switch to a free vps or getting a mini server (Or a rasberriy Pi), I'll think about it still. (Man, I wish I could make my own home-made self hosted server with a small budget) I still have a ton of time, so I won't stress about this, everything will be ok. And if I ever make my server certificate, I'll make to 999 years or something. Or I could...
Mancheyan — A grey huemin illustration I wanted to finish up, a huemin is also basically a raibow colored humanoids that live on planet Tarreon. Please enjoy.
This seems like it belongs here: [https link] a girl muses on what would happen if humanity lost the ability to make microchips. How would computing survive?
D language... — After ranting about python like a jackass, I came across some Hacker News article that mentioned D and started down that rabbit hole... The thing about python that gets me is that it is just there and you can make a quick and dirty prototype. As distasteful as I find it, it does pack a wallop. And while Lisp is a light-year ahead, I rarely find myself cranking up emacs and getting a package up just to try something foolish. C of course has the universal appeal for speed and...

It looks like the OpenBSD web infrastructure is messed up as of 20251022. The /pub/OpenBSD directory is inaccessible on openbsd.org and www.openbsd.org. [http link] [http link] is inaccessible Thankfully the cdn mirrors are still (apparently) ok. /etc/installurl can be patched to use them. [http link] [http link] is still accessible. Has anyone else noticed this?
It's been a while since I wrote anything, and I want to try participating more in good old gemini space. So anyway, I wrote a long post about career frameworks and how I don't like them! [gemini link]
Joining the small web — I had given up on posting on social media some time ago. Posting photos to Instagram lingered for a while but I haven't posted anything that I've cared about for almost a decade. Sharing my thoughts and news became something I reserved for in-person conversations. Seeing that my family live half a world away, one would think I'd be inclined to keep them abreast of the latest events. The truth is no. I don't feel the urge to keep anyone up to date with the happenings in...

Hi there
Simulation — If computers of your world have “Microsoft Windows OS,” your world is a simulation.
was the age of gemini people studied? i am afraid not many young people here? (i am not young)
Tree identity — So I had a random idea, and hopefully, someone more knowledgeable in the internals of x509 and related technologies can chime in. When, say, Lagrange encounters a page requesting a client certificate, it offers you an option to generate a certificate explicitly for this particular server. The certificate remains entirely disconnected from any other certificate you might be using. Which is both a good thing, as it ensures privacy, and a not so good thing, as it prevents you,...
