Hi, welcome to my Gemini capsule !

I'm Fabrice, a random guy working in 📶 IT 📱 in France (Paris area).

A "capsule", in Gemini world, means a space, it's the equivalent of a "web space" on a server, a bit like the old internet web pages if you are old enough.

Things to come: retrogaming, food recipes, books I like, ...

I will talk first about retrogaming, as I love it. I'm the happy owner of these nices handheld retrogaming consoles:

-a Bitboy PocketGo v1

-a Bitboy PocketGo v2

-a Miyoo mini+ that I just bought at the end of year 2024.

I'm currently playing Phantasy Star II on the PocketGo v1, emulating the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive.

I finished Phantasy Star I last year, on the same console, but emulating a Sega Master System. I loved it!

I also still have my old Nintendo Gameboy I had as a teen. But today I prefer playing by the mean of emulation, mainly because I like to save when I want. I also kept my NEC PC-Engine (in fact it's at my brother home).

13/11/2025. small updates on links. I'm still wondering the best way to organise this blog.

31/08/2025. I've transfered my ssh keys to a personnal PC (running Linux). Before that I used my work PC(on Windows 11), but now my company is monitoring connections, so I'd prefer to avoid connecting to the Gemini server from it. Now updates should be more frequent. See you soon!

25/01/2025. Just testing connection from a new PC. It works. More to come!
