New EPO Series: Mafia Culture, Mobbing, Nepotism, and Illegal Drugs

Today the EPO's Administrative Council starts a two-day meeting. The time seems right to commence a new series. It'll deal with inside stories about the EPO, with particular focus on the the "Mafia" and substance abuse among people who run the Office.
