More Publishers and Companies Nowadays Say "GNU/Linux", Not "Linux"

When Prominent GNU/Linux Distros Are Run by Spies
Google News is Now Promoting a Parasitic Slopfarm Called "findarticles.com", Where Plagiarism of "Linux" Articles is Rampant

Even in press releases this week:

HTTPS image: New InstallAware Application Porting Toolkit Effortlessly Bridges Windows Applications: They say 'GNU/Linux', which is NICE (in a PRESS RELEASE)

2 months ago it didn't say GNU:

HTTPS image: InstallAware Launches Setup Virtualization Technology

But now it does:

And even the media then says "GNU":

HTTPS image: InstallAware launches new toolkit that lets Windows apps be easily ported to GNU

GNU means freedom. GNU says UNIX but free. GNU typically implies GPL, i.e. copyleft. GNU emphasises that we reject proprietary systems.

Each time we say "GNU" we make a statement, more so if we don't refer directly or exclusively to the GNU Project or pertinent GNU projects (such as wget).

It's nice to see InstallAware saying GNU/Linux this week. █
