Very good advice, everyone!

@shannonlimit: I shall, thank you!

@psyko: This is spot on, thank you so much. I know these things, but it's still important to hear them from someone else sometimes.

@melyanna: Agreed! Today, I set a goal and made a plan for the next couple of months. Thank you!

@sava: This is amusing, but there's also definitely some truth to this, haha. Thanks for the reply! · 5 months ago

Perhaps knowing who you really are is important, knowing what your strengths are to strengthen them and work to minimize your weaknesses is key. If someone is holding you back, you have to get them out of your life, no matter who they are, break with everything that prevents you from moving forward. Try to do what you really want to do but don't do for fear of “what people will say”. You can't break with the past but you can live with it. Destroy the wound that hurts you, it is beastly but after the pain you will see how freedom comes. · 5 months ago

It depends what you need to change and what you are struggling with. A general piece of advice is start planning your daily / weekly / monthly tasks aks goals as if the change has already happened. Or, in other words, align your actions with your desired outcome. · 5 months ago
