Today my country had a 12-hour nation-wide power outage. Issues aside, I noticed something cool: while we had no traffic lights, the traffic was better than ever. Cars and pedestrians became a self-regulated system and it all flowed surprisingly well. Also I bought a solar power bank and since they couldn't process my card, the owner (who I had never ever met) just told me to bring the money tomorrow. Blind trust there. Restored my faith in humanity.
