Any one here in 3d printing ?

Have you seen Omarchy 2.0 ? if not then long story short, - DHH finally open Linux on desktop and have setup all niche features that people who have experience with linux on desktop past 15 years using those features on daily basis. And now DHH just hyping on it, promoting its own distro. Its not bad, it just the fact that he can do it long long time ago, but now he advertise it as something very new to everybody. After all its not bad, distro is good, but where is the charm when you've to setup all of that by yourself, its gone, and people will skip that part, and just install this distro since that point. Another hype wave for Liniux desktop.

Working on personal information management system. While doing that for a long time, I realized that nothing is better than just having files and directories structure. There is no software that can do it better than what is already exists in every system. We are cluttered by numerous projects pretending to solve that task, but in the end its all about simplicity and compatibility which can be only achived with basics. Notion, Obsidian, etcs and any other similar project only makes life harder. Some of the are too depended on having Internet connections, some rendering things badly.
