Have been taking an antidepressant for 6 weeks now. still feeling like my days are just wasting away. i have doomscrolled for 3 days straight now. Even though i think that time on this earth to experience and time in my twenties is my most valuable resource. I dont know what to do anymore. Its so hard to break the cycle and then not get into it again. And i dont manage to continue my search for therapy. Anyone feels/felt like that too?
