Rivista Voyager
The multi-syndicated publishing platform.
Publications
Welcome to Rivista Voyager, a decentralized and multi-protocol publishing
system for XMPP.
This is a selection of sample articles of which purpose is to display the
various of possible means and forms to publish contents.
At every page, there is a reference to a file "source.rst" which is the
reStructureText document from which a given page was created.
Convenience and freedom.
It is extremely difficult for the average person to obtain the technical
knowledge that is required for proper privacy, censorship resistance, and
independence. HydraVeil empowers people with realistic isolated browser
profiles, to interact privately and securely.

Taking back the net…
We have had enough of digital monopolies and surveillance capitalism.
We want a world that works for everyone, just like the original intention of
the internet.
We seek a world of open platforms and protocols with real choices of
applications and services for people. We care about privacy, transparency and
autonomy.
Our organisations and tools should fundamentally be accountable and
resilient.

P2P systems must be designed to distribute content based on file-identifier.
In contrast to the practice of mandatory metadata-identifier, the practice
of file-identifier is sustainable, and it ensures the preservation and
further distribution of contents, whereas Metalink would be utilized to
provide the functionality to distribute multiple files at once, and across
several protocols.
The purpose of handling of multiple files at once should be chiefly reserved
to Metalink.
P2P (Peer-to-peer) is a technology for the distribution of information.
Unlike centralized source, P2P relys on the identity of files that are being
published and distributed. Data which is accessible over centralized
portocols such as FTP, Gemini, Gopher, HTTP, MQTT, RSYNC, WebDAV, and XMPP
are subjected to change; and yet P2P links (URIs) never change. P2P helps
courts, journals, legislatures, ministries scholars, and others to create
permanent records of sources that they cite. P2P is simple, easy to use, and
is built and supported by everyone.
Gnutella2 as a platform to publish and browse journals.
The mechanism of microsummary allows to have both static and dymamic titles
for internet sites, for any purpose, from special announcements to
advretizing items of a garage sale, and more.
Graphics that they want us to forget.
The Garden Metaphor is a parable to modern worldwide finance.
The author of the metaphor, beautifully establishes the conclusion of how
industries and people in our world are manipulated in a similar fashion to how a
gardener arranges the growth of plants.
People who are authorized to declare money and define its value (i.e. print
money without guarantying or supporting it by precious metals, commodities,
or other substantial resources), do not need to send armed forces or
violently suppress dissent, in order to enforce their will on others, but
rather to “inject”, so to speak, money into areas which they are interested
to influence their will upon.
If you want to set your RSS feeds to be auto-discoverable; and you utilize
XMPP, Twtxt, OStatus, or ActivityPub with services such as Akkoma, Mitra, GNU
Social, Mbin, Mitra, Movim, StatusNet, Pleroma, SoapBox or others; then you
can use your respective syndication feed of your publishing accounts at your
own homesite, by adding metadata directives.
Atom Over XMPP to replace the HTTP realm.
If you are principled; value independence; add to life; believe in a future
which is built upon open software and protocols; experiment with new ideas,
and do not worry about being different; and you also build software that
others rely on; then you should read this article.
Magnet Links as a sustainable mean of reference.
Utilize PPN (peer-to-peer networking) technology as a mean for authors and
journalists to create permanent links for citations in their published work.
Because centralized protocols are not designed to last forever, invalid links
to FTP, Gemini, Gopher, HTTP, and even XMPP are too prevalent, and unless
they are sourced from I2P, invalid links tend to compound over time.
Utilize P2P technology to to sustain your content to an unlimited period of
time.
Use this tutorial to enable eD2k links.
There is a coordinated effort by some vendors of HTTP browsers to try to
suppress useful protocols, such as of eDonkey2000.
They do not want us to enjoy protocols that actually contribute to our daily
lives; that do not advertise to us to buy things that we do not want nor
need; that do not tell us what to buy; that do not ask us to confirm whether
or not our software is automated, as if it is something that anyone should
know of.
This is a concise tutorial for establishing an I2P website.
I2P is a communication system which behaves similarly to PPN (Peer-to-peer
network), and particularly to the technology of DHT (Kademlia).
It allows to communicate with anyone over I2P only, and you decide how you
want to communicate.
You can communicate data over BitTorrent, DeltaChat, eDonkey2000, Email, FTP,
Gemini, Gnutella, Gopher, HTTP, IPFS, IRC, MQTT, MUTE, SSH, Telnet, XMPP, et
cetera, on top of I2P.
Be a landlord over the internet.
This is a concise tutorial for adding XSLT stylesheets to Atom Syndication
Format documents in order for these to be visually usable and interactive by
making them to behave as (X)HTML pages inside internet browsers.

Voice control for handsfree computing.
Numen is a voice control software which enables full control of FreeBSD or
Linux machines without needing to type. It empowers people who otherwise
could not use their computers, and further helps to avoid hand strain. Numen
is a free (libre) software and operates locally and privately, without any
need for internet connectivity.
Criticism of despair attitude and the nirvana fallacy.
You need to establish a website. Now.
If you do not have your own website, you are just living as a peasant on
BitChute, Rumble, or GAB virtual apartments. Get your own domain name and a
VPS to host everything you need. The startup and maintenance costs are pocket
change and you get a degree of independence unseen in the modern controlled
internet.
The future of the internet.
This is a short animated video (3:30 minutes) about computers and trust.
“Trusted Computing” - ever heard of it?
This motion graphic style documentary explains what the term “trust” has in
common with “Trusted Computing” and where you will meet this so-called
technology in the near future.
Computers and Internet gave you freedom. TCPA is designed against freedom!
It is crucial that you listen to it.
