[tree] read_headers. added support for multi-line/"folded" headers and default to zero buffering on stdio to reduce amount of stdbuf being used to call it

 This isn't /just/ shell-daemons anymore.
 I've included a handful of little C programs that I use inside the shell daemons.

 You'll need uritools to get some of these working.
