Nothing has changed, it's still defaced. Sites neglected like this can cause trouble months later.

This links to the forums, which now say (universally): "You are running an unsupported PHP version (5.4.45). Please upgrade to PHP 7.2.0 or higher before trying to install or update to phpBB 3.3"

DistroWatch (DW) and Sourceforge currently link to what seems like a cracked site. Worse yet, it has been like this for weeks already. It might only be a matter of time until people download and install malware instead of Ultimate Edition.
