00:32 IsambardPrince; In Wisconsin, Republican county officials are removing ballot drop boxes, while Democrats are leaving them out in front of the polling places.
00:32 IsambardPrince; By making it harder to vote in conservative counties, the Republican officials are probably nudging the election there towards Harris slightly.
00:33 IsambardPrince; If Republicans go to vote and have less places to do it at, then at least some of them won't.
00:34 IsambardPrince; There's basically Madison and Milwaukee that are Democrat strongholds, and not much else. That means in Wisconsin, the Democrats need to make sure everyone there votes, while the Republicans have to defend the other counties. Making it easier for rural voters to vote might nudge a close election to Donald Trump, but they're undermining themselves.

The problem with that is, it's only one day, things can come up, and if you aren't in line by 5 PM, you don't vote at that point.

That means picking up Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia, and at least Nevada or Arizona.

00:43 IsambardPrince; But we've seen how even when the Democrats are in the minority, it's easier to push Trump's agenda through with less Democrats. Many Republicans, usually 10-20, will just vote no on everything because they're crazy.

00:44 IsambardPrince; When the Democrats had 193 seats, the Republicans pushed through a repeal of the Affordable Care Act, which actually passed the House.
00:44 IsambardPrince; The Democrats started with 194, but one went empty because Jesse Jackson Jr. had mental health problems and resigned.
00:45 IsambardPrince; So if they can't get the majority, they need to come close. If they had had 204, the ACA repeal wouldn't have advanced to the Senate, even though that's still 14 seats short of the majority.
00:46 IsambardPrince; If they repeal the ACA, states are going to have to step in and pass Romney's healthcare reform bill from Massachusetts, and you know how that will end up.
00:47 IsambardPrince; They can do some of what the federal government is doing, but not all of it. Some parts cost a lot of money that the feds won't be doling out anymore. Where are states that already have budget problems going to get it?
00:47 IsambardPrince; States without healthcare reform are going to start using it as another reason why businesses should ditch states that have it and relocate.
