Summary: This nonsensical video means that the EPO’s corrupt administrators have lost the argument and are now stacking up straw men, demonising the people whose job is to decide who receives a patent monopoly and who does not (based on scientific merit and the European Patent Convention). It’ll be interesting to see what Staff Representatives make of the decision from ILOAT regarding the NO-Career System.
