Summary: The kakistocracy in charge of today’s EPO putting people in charge of disciplines they do not understand (and have no experience in!) is another sign of an institution gone profoundly rogue/wrong; Frenchmen Benoît Battistelli and António Campinos have put a fellow Frenchman, Razik Menidjel, in charge of areas he has never worked it, including European software patents
