Summary: Some quick new facts about the TomTom-Microsoft settlement

IT MAY BE TRUE that the TomTom case is just a history lesson despite OIN's response, but a source has just told us privately that “TomTom paid less the half a million EUR to Microsoft because otherwise they have to file it at the Dutch Tax authorities.”
