Okay, finally found out how to launch the game.

I also want to apply this setting (mentioned in the reviews) to prevent crashes on launch:

For those who say it is crashing - go to Options->OpenGL->Graphic Engine, and change from ssggraph to OSGgraph, the game will work correctly.
