[#58] Slash commands as quick shortcuts

For advanced users, it would be nice to have a quick "CLI" kind of way to access some features like doing a search, starting a new draft post/comment, jumping to some settings subpage, or opening a specific subspace.

In practice, the slash commands would work in the "new post/issue" and "comment" prompts.

They could be available via slash commands when editing segments.

There are a few commands in v2. Keeping this still open if there is need to add some more.

I think we're good for now. v3 added insert actions in the "Move/remove" segment prompt.
