[#61] Allow editing segments via titan

It would be nice to have a way to directly edit an existing segment via titan. So that means having a path which serves the current contents of a segment if it's accessed by gemini, and which replaces the segment if uploaded to via titan. Having a third link after each segment would probably be too much clutter though, so perhaps the links could be hidden away in some 'advanced editing' page.
