Slow Servers' Gemlog: Use SporeStack to launch Slow Servers

You can now use SporeStack to launch Slow Servers! The easiest option is through the HTML/Javascript web launcher on the index page.

This comes with a couple of changes and caveats.

If you want to pay month-to-month, SporeStack is the best option. The 10% monthly surcharge has been dropped. Ordering by email, SSH, or physical mail requires annual billing now.

This is partly to deter abuse. SporeStack has a $100 minimum buy-in for tokens to reduce abuse. If I start offering $4.50 and $6/month servers with such a small payment, without vetting, it will bring some abuse.

Now, if you just want to try Slow Servers because you're not 100% sure it will work for you, just send a friendly email and I'll consider letting you have a month for free if you seem trustworthy.

I did drop the 24GB and 25GB plans. If you really want them, just ask, but it's kind of wasteful and probably not useful to many. The largest now is 16GB with 512GB disk. For the curious, 24GB of memory gave you 768GB of disk and 25GB of memory gave you 800GB of disk (whole host.) This is mostly because VMM (our hypervisor on OpenBSD) is limited to one vCPU.
