How to read this

I love to argue, but I was raised on rigorous debate. The nature of disagreement seems more difficult for others than it does for me. You tend to jump into all sorts of cognitive distortions and mistake what I write for something else entirely. I can only ask: Don't do that! I write the polemics here with a focus on the narrow area in which I disagree with those who share a good chunk of my general views.

My baseline

If you find yourself thinking I'm secretly this or might as well admit I believe that, you're wrong, your theory of mind is deficient, try again. These writings are my release for pent up "narcissism of small differences." I will not be touching base again, chanting slogans as a litany, swearing loyalty oaths, or otherwise reassuring you that I'm not an immoral monster, because I hold you responsible for being more sensible than that. Assume good ethics and go from there.
