Re-opening registrations

Now that most of the flood from the orange site is behind us, I decided to re-open registrations on ichi. No need for a key anymore, simply go ahead and create an account. I now have a little system in place that will allow me to quickly get back to key-only mode if there's any abuse. Hopefully, that won't be the case!
