I have baked a new theme here, the appearance is for Windows 95. You can download it for free. I'm interested in constructive criticism from you. made in the tradition of HTML4.

I wanted it to work on older systems and weigh as little as possible. but perhaps something else is needed?

but also the new theme is BEAUTIFUL and is tempting me to give it a try tonight instead of waiting to finish other things........
