numeronym-at-point

Today I was writing the word a11y except that I didn’t remember the number so I wrote accessibility and then called numeronym-at-point, which was still in my crusty old .emacs after I wrote it many many years ago, I can’t even remember when, and that turned it into a11y automatically for me.

It’s such a dinky li’l function but in the interest of publishing more of my code after years of “enh, no-one would want this”–motivated hoarding, here it is!
