Adless Kineto

Here is a branch of Kineto that doesn’t have the “details” at the bottom, making the pages look more like they belong on the web and less like an ad for Kineto.

I’ve sent this patch upstream, if they like it I’ll update this page to point there instead.

(I can see why having those details can be helpful for a technical audience.)
