Courtesy of Jason from Carcosa.net, there is now a Project Gemini mailing list, which you can sign up to at https://lists.orbitalfox.eu/listinfo/gemini

All interested parties are welcome, but I especially encourage anybody who is writing Gemini client or server software or who is admining a Gemini server to sign up.
