Re: Announcing Satellite Antenna (SA)

We have another announcement of a new Antenna instance.

@gritty mentions that this new instance replicates posts from my new instance at ucant.org, which is kind.

I've updated the 'about.gmi' page on Ucant Antenna the better to reflect the status of my instance.

The page also sets out a vague idea of a succession plan for my instance, which is to hand it over to a pubnix in a few years, if it's still relevant. It is not much of a coincidence that @gritty's instance is already somewhat associated with a pubnix.
