Restructured Text -> Gemini

I'm still experimenting with converting my RST-based static blogs (generated via Pelican) to Gemini's Gemtext. Some of this might be a bit janky, but it's getting there.

Still trying on different gemini servers, and as a result regular certificate changes are likely for the foreseeablhe future.
