Preface
This article details some experiences during the development of Slixfeed. Most of these experiences conveyed via chat.
About
My name is Schimon. I am a lawyer, a pianist, and a farmer; I am not an expert, neither professional nor specialist in software development.
The project Slixfeed was meant to serve myself only, and also acquaintances who I privately know of.
However, during the time, I have realized that I need help.
A friend from The Netherlands has referred me to a friend from France, and later, Italian, Austrian, German, Swiss, Canadian, and Argentinian people have expressed their interest, mostly as testers, inspectors, and clients (i.e. "users", so called).
Aside from Mrs. Laura Lapina, and several people who have instructed me further, and also advised, I am currently the only man to work on this software.
I did not intend Slixfeed to be what it is to-day.
The people who have influenced the most, were the ones who have manifested their interest in this project.
I have listened to what they have wanted, and this is how this project was actually developed.

I'm sorry to day that slixfeed isn't reliable yet
my bot on the steam muc wasn't sending updates anymore, I had to issue the !start command

I wonder why so many complications, why would you want to disable it? If I added it to my channel, added some feeds, I expect it work endlessly unless I remove some feed manually

Forgetting to test, or not able to test every use case.
sorry but you should really test things on your own, you know. My time is limited and slixfeed can't be my reason to be.
I know. I apologies for this. I am stressed by a few concerns around me.

Conclusion
Allowing to people to freely express against you and your software is helpful.
Most people, unless are planted agents, do not just visit your project to complain; They complain for a reason.
People might fail to properly or best explain themselves, yet it is good to listen to them and explore their complains.
Furthermore, if someone calls you a monkey or "like a monkey", especially when it is done privately, then it is meant to convey a broader message about an apparent issue, and is certainly not intended to insult you.
Those people are expresing themselves in a critique and even annoying fashion, yet they are honest, and due to that honesty, I realize what can be improved.
If I was restricting speech, then, subsequently, people would feel suppressed and be reluctant from further participation.
If I was restricting speech, then Slixfeed would not be as good as it is to-day.
Be patient, listen, and allow people to express themselves freely.
Balance will be formed, eventually.
