Tea Tea Deluxe 1.4.1 Released

I've just released a new version. As the previous versions 1.4.1 contains:

• An added industry chain. Tea tree farms producing tea leaves. Tea factories consuming tea leaves to produce tea, and tea houses in larger cities consuming said tea.
• Two custom train carriages for tea leaves and tea, respectively. These are lighter than goods cars and load a little faster. There's one version for ordinary rail and one for monorail and maglev.

The new version is only a bugfix. Previously a teahouse, when funded, couldn't be placed within 15 tiles of a bank. This has been rectified.

That's about it. If you have a current game using 1.4.0 you can safely switch the game to 1.4.1 without issues.
