Happy Spring - Finally Rid of Facebook

Happy March Equinox! Something I enjoy a lot about today is that the amount of sunlight everyone gets (accounting for average refraction from the atmosphere) on Earth is essentially 12 hours and 10 minutes, no matter what latitude you are on. Well, technically you can extend or shorten the day if you move East or West. Go at just the right speed Westward and you can have UNLIMITED SUNLIGHT!!!
I was reminded of a game that released on the WiiU (and I assume other consoles and PC) called "Race the Sun", where you are a solar powered aircraft that needs to be in line of sight with the Sun to keep going. I'm pretty sure that game was a procedurally generated infinite racer game.
Well, tomorrow is the first day of year 54 of my Limerick calendar, so I'm starting this new year off by FINALLY getting rid of my Facebook account.
For quite a while, I had my Facebook account deactivated and Messenger enabled to talk to about 6 people with 1 person in particular that I wanted to make sure I kept in contact with. I warned all of them many times in the last year or so that I wanted to delete my Facebook account completely, especially considering how cozy Zuckerberg has gotten with the current US administration for the last few months. After finally setting a hard deadline of April 1st, I managed to get contact info (mostly emails) of everyone to make sure that I have some means to communicate with them until more convenient forms of communication occur that I'm willing to participate in. After I got the info, I moved the deadline to before March 21st to start this Limerick year on a good note!
My Facebook account is scheduled for deletion finally. Just 30 more days and I don't have to worry about Facebook for good! It's really nice to finally be at this point after working towards it for quite a while.
This isn't the first time I deleted my Facebook account. I had done this at least 3 times now (I don't remember how many times) but something would usually bring me back after a while, mostly wanting to catch up with old highschool classmates or wanting to "network" in an attempt to be a "software engineering brand" rather than a human being. Well, I'm not sure I could stand making an account in the future, as each time I join Facebook, it keeps getting worse and worse consistently.
With Facebook gone, I now only have to keep track of 10 accounts/passwords.
