Oven pancake

Ingredients - serves 1 11' pancake (like a small pizza)

• ½ cup all purpose flour
• 3 eggs
• ½ cup milk
• 3 Tbsp melted butter
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

• Preheat oven at 450℉ (=230℃ )
• In a medium sized bowl whisk the eggs, milk, 2 Tbsp melted butter, salt and sugar.
• Add the flour and stir until incorporated being careful not to overmix.
• Add 1 Tbsp melted butter to the bottom of a 9 or 11 inch cast iron skillet.
• Pour the batter into a skillet and bake for 12-18 minutes or just until the edges start to brown.
• Top with desired toppings.
