pancakes

fun recipe, good for breakfast. i keep hearing people say they don't put peanut butter on their pancakes. it's something my family always does so i found that interesting! so yeah, try them with peanut butter & syrup!

ingredients

• 1 cup milk
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 Tbsp melted butter
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup white flour
• 1 tsp vanilla

instructions

• lightly beat milk, butter, and eggs in a bowl.
• mix dry ingredients.
• combine the dry and wet ingredients.
• Spoon out some of the batter into a pan/skillet.
• wait until the top of the pancake starts to bubble, then flip.
• fry on this side for a while, and repeat until you have no more batter.
