Fantasy Life i now on eShop!

It’s about damned time! I’ve been checking every few days (since it showed up on all the other platforms a month or so ago,) so it must have been added at about the same time as the last system update – IE the last 48 hours or so.

It’s really expensive, but I probably wont buy any more switch games for the rest of the year or even next year, so it’s not so bad, I guess.

Looks like the update also brought along the virtual game cards feature that Nintendo has been advertising lately for lending games to Family members. Requires those in your family to update and re-login on their devices though.

Coincidentally my 8-bit do dongle stopped working – maybe as a result of the update or maybe just because it’s always been finicky. I’ve been using a PlayStation controller for switch games for forever. I’ll have to figure something out for it because I definitely want to play Fantasy Life on a monitor for the first few times I play it.

I think the original projected available time to play the game was may 18? Somewhere around there. And the official release on the 21st, maybe.

I haven’t even hit level 50 since I restarted playing it on the 3ds. Maybe I’ll make an effort to unlock origin island in the mean time on there.
