Imagine scrolling through "linux" (lowercase, yes) news only to find headlines like these:
Was this deliberate (a googlebomb)? Probably not, but in addition to LLM slop today we saw the above pair. They're adjacent, too.
Recently we saw some Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt (FUD) wherein Microsoft issues are blamed on "Linux". This was this week:
Hyper-V is not Linux, it's for Windows; The problem here is Microsoft's proprietary software [1, 2].
The solution is to leave Windows, not get something "like Linux" or "similar to Linux". █
