How's that for "optics" in the EU and Europe's second-largest institution?

She could very well be a third of his age (the 56-years-old man who is the EPO's face and mouth) and she is not his partner. Was he stoned?

What if we told you that Europe's second-largest institution, or largest aside from the EU, is represented (media-wise) by the man above? What if we told you he's also using cocaine?

Crazy, right?

But German police now confirms this [Part I, Part II] and in Part III we'll show some more evidence.

Remember that he used to work for the EU (EUIPO), where the current EPO President António Campinos brought him from.
