His wife is suing also: (so we can relate [1, 2] in that sense alone)

Alright then. This is all based on public information.

So a few days ago the company which attacked Techrights and Tux Machines (on the payroll of mysterious financiers, probably some shady millionaire) got sued by its very own clients. Former clients. That's noteworthy, especially the sorts of clients it chooses to defend. This one is affiliated with a couple of companies. Earlier this year, after spending a rather long time in prison (like their client from Microsoft, albeit for much longer) he won a case that we've archived because it means he got a considerable chunk of money (assuming this Order was in fact obeyed fully as described), including from former associates/colleagues. Brett Wilson LLP failed him and the company he was affiliated with had its Final Gazette some months ago ("dissolved via voluntary strike-off"). Based on public records, he lived or was based very close to where Sirius used to be (Weybridge) and the wife was also a Director, just like at Sirius (until they reached the bitter divorce, whereupon he created a new shell). The local news sites said he was convicted and jailed. When released he added his side of the story (maybe a legitimate correction/clarification): "We were contacted by Vlad Yanpolsky in 2023 to say that he disputed parts of Met statement. Mr Yanpolsky said he resigned and was not dismissed and he had no relevant ‘specialist knowledge’."

Now he's probably using the (almost) 200,000 pounds he's supposed to receive to sue Brett Wilson LLP and former colleagues/partners [1, 2] ("Unfair Prejudice").

Yanpolsky does not deny cyberattacks; Brett Wilson LLP has its own style of denial of service (DoS) attacks. More so during holidays, funerals and so on.

Dealing with shady people is no fun. Whenever you approach the orbit of Brett Wilson LLP you are guaranteed to see truly dodgy people; they come there for reputation laundering purposes. █
