Bullies With Pens and Papers (or Apple Macs With Templates)

Last year I had a firsthand experience with the 'job' of handling barristers, i.e. people who get paid a grand every couple of hours just to reuse some old template of theirs, change a few words here and there, then send a PDF. To them, it's like "printing money". With very little effort they can bully people and throw considerable costs at them. It's not about justice, it's about crafting documents that bully people, even people who merely combat crime.
Not all barristers are evil, but there are perhaps "rotten apples".
In my case, it was Barrister Ben Hamer's POC (it is noteworthy that the Microsofters chose not only 5RB but even the same barrister at 5RB). Both Garrett and Graveley have instructed BW solicitors (same lawyer's initials in the ID of both cases, and the same barrister, Mr. Ben Hamer). It's evident he even reused the same template; maybe not a chatbot, just lots of copypasta.
This is how you end up with over 5 KG of legal papers and nearly 1,000 pages tossed at a judge before a short meeting (leaving you with a lot less time to speak or be heard).
As Michael Cross explained in 2021 "Ben Hamer, instructed by Brett Wilson" fought against #metoo people. "The defendant was unrepresented," it says. So they basically help men against women, using the exact same pattern used against the victims of Microsoft's Graveley. To quote: "libel, harassment and for breach of the General Data Protection Regulation..."
The Defendant was left with no representation, where the modus operandi of Brett Wilson LLP was the same as was deemed abusive last month in the High Court. A Master (High Court Judge/Justice) blasted them for it. In my case, they even do this for Americans! People from the US misuse or misapply British law.
Brett Wilson LLP seems to be very eager to attack women; no wonder several of its female staff are leaving. Maybe they can smell the coffee and realise what they're made to assist with:

When your "law firm" is just a "gun for hire" for men against women perhaps you target a notorious "niche". Seems like some men cannot resist money - to the point of shamelessly attacking women. █
