The Microsofters Have Just Shared Privileged Trial Data With Microsoft

This is really just another issue for courts, which must ultimately accept the man we sued [1, 2] is no security expert but a proven phony serving Microsoft's objectives, including back doors [1, 2]. Well, he has just passed his trial-related data to Microsoft!

If he cares about his credibility, that's a huge shot in the foot. If it's about informing "daddy Microsoft", maybe that's desirable. To him, that is.

There are serious ramifications for liability accountability as Microsoft salaries sponsor these SLAPPs and now they share their privileged data over Microsoft, in other words sharing sensitive data with Microsoft. There are many reasons this is a dangerous thing for them to be doing.

And get this: they also sent a password in plain text E-mail using Microsoft servers!!! You, can't make this up! The party storing the data also gets all the passwords! In some contexts it would be called a "data breach".

If they can so recklessly share all this data with a party of interest that helped pay/facilitate/engage with abusive litigation ("legal" abuse) against us, then we can share our data with our readers. And so we shall. We shall also report what they've just done and why this is so highly problematic to the Rule of Law and data protection (foreign company of exceptional notoriety involved in and watching the proceedings).
