ASIDE from routinary posts (Daily Links, IRC logs, recent articles being listed etc.) we've hardly published anything since Saturday. This was intentional; family time was prioritised (and our birds of course).

Today (in the morning) we also fixed some code, hoping it would speed up core workflows.

We're glad to say that some sites we called out for harboring Serial Sloppers (SSs) have taken the issue seriously enough; they seem to understand that LLM slop doomed one's own site (theirs).

We'd rather take a break and not write much for a couple of days than publish garbage or bot stuff. We never play with chatbots or publish anything machine-generated.

We can now resume and try to stick to the usual pace. █
