04:25 schestowitz[TR2]; Your management su-ks. So what are you going to do about it?

04:25 schestowitz[TR2]; There are no wrong answers to this question. I've written before that IBM is like a failing restaurant...we've all seen them (or maybe we haven't). When a restaurant (or any business really) is failing, the employees will typically try to make the best of what they realize is a bad situation. Some employees will soldier on, and try to do what they believe is right for the business and the customers...even when they know it's all go

04:25 schestowitz[TR2]; ing to he-l anyway. Other employees will loot the business, stealing everything that isn't nailed down. They'll do whatever they can get away with.

04:25 schestowitz[TR2]; And...a lot of employees will keep their heads down and not make waves, just hoping to get through another day and maybe another paycheck. They've got a family to feed, and times are tough.
