04:43 schestowitz; A chief point in establishing comms expectations, which includes who should be contacted, how, and when updates will be provided is to minimise the stress on those actually doing the work / working on the project.
04:43 schestowitz; Ive been through a few such drills, on community projects, in volunteer organisations, in industry, in government.
04:43 schestowitz; Comms has been an ongoing issue with the pod in question for years (and one of the key responders to this thread has Had Words to Say about that in the past). Im not relitigating that, Im not calling out those involved. I am noting that this Is Part Of The Landscape, and should be both considered and if at all possible improved. I sincerely hope that the key person who hasnt been communicating effectively is all right, and have concerns
