22:19 schestowitz; I agree, but looking only at cases where an appeal has changed a decision in opposition is at best indicative of the inaccuracy of the Opposition Division, I dont see what it has to do with the quality of search at the examination stage, and as I said, the quality of opposition depends more on the parties than on the examiners.
