Here I go gushing about cooking again but... god damn, I made some quick pickled jalapenos and they are great. Well... maybe not for eating staright from jar, because they are pretty god damn spicy, but as a condiment to nachos or a sandwich, fucking perfect.

Too bad it's hard to get them where I'm from, but you can always, oh I don't know, plant them perhaps? Or sow?, since I'm growing them from seeds.

And that's what I did.

Should take like two weeks to germinate and then additional two months to flower and fruits.

We'll see how they'll turn out.

And... I got the job! God damn, that was quick. I really enjoyed my time off, I had time to work on physical and mental health, but I'm ready to go back. Hope it's not as fucking exhausting as the last job.

All in all, it's been a good year. I visited Scotland, lost 5kgs, got a new job, I feel better than ever. Unless I just drop dead in December, it's been my best year in a decade.

I have. Back when I was working on 2nd Line Support for an application there was this one dev on 3rd line that was fucking magician as far as I can tell. You gave her proper logs and the issue was fixed in 15mins from picking up the ticket.

I hope she's doing good nowadays.

I spoke with guy who has his last day in company on Monday and holy shit, apparently both projects he was involved in were just as shitty.

Documentation is not there, deadlines are wack, noone knows who's responsible for what - you know, all the cool stuff.

And when he rasied complaints about this, they told him the same thing they said to me "You'll get used to it"

Well, I don't want to comply to shitass dogass buisness/technical practises.

Guess it's time to look for something else.
