Here's one, although I don't know how full-featured it is:

The list on Wikipedia includes the UI framework, so that's a nice reference to check:

I know about Lagrange, everyone. I'm looking for one that is Gtk-based so it looks good on my desktop. · 4 days ago
I am not aware of any GTK browser... the reality is that Lagrange is sublime I couldn't change it with anything...
Anyway you can take a look here:

sava : i also need good gui browser but my phone runs linux (surely not android) and it's arm. ya know some which works? lagrange have "desktop" ports only to amd and intel/x86…
- i mean - i feel fine with lagrane on laptop, just that i don't have one on phone (and sometimes would like to have, specially that my internet is oftenly mid, if not just bad and gemini is generally a fast side of web) · 5 days ago
the best GUI browser is LaGrange. It's available on Windows, Linux and Android · 5 days ago
