If you haven't already, check out the movie "Hardware" an adaptation of a story from 2000AD same as Dredd. There's also Tank Girl, though sort of panned, more desert punk but def futuristic and dystopian.

Upgrade is a recent modern cyberpunk movie that will BLOW YOUR MIND you NEED to watch that one @martin it's too good to ignore and very appropriate to nowadays.

Neo Tokyo is an anthological film by Katsuhiro Otomo same mind behind Akira, with 3 short films.

Last but not least, fun enough, is the synonymous "Cyberpunk" doc which famously features William Gibson, the band In Living Color, as well as several cyberpunk recs. · 1 year ago

@martin there a lot more like Equilibrium, Babylon AD, Deathmachine, Screamers, Dredd, Lawnmowerman, Gamer, Freejack, Robocop etc... and one of my favs most underestimated is A scanner darkly, you'll have a lot of stuff to watch ;) hf · 1 year ago

Uhh, there are a lot of, Johnny Mnemoni. Brazil, eXistenZ, Ghost in the Shell and so on. But I think my alltime favourite will be Bladerunner. · 1 year ago
