I have to disagree with the point about leadership, I think it should work differently on personal and on group levels: people's wellbeing and lives are at stake and good leader should take that into account and take potential responsibility — not just throw everyone there. People tend to follow those who take action, but does that make them *good* leaders? In my opinion, not necessarily. · 1 year ago
