My feeling is that email an excellent messaging platform operating autonomously from the modern internet and sending messages over it doesn't require either the recipient or the consumer to maintain or run anything beyond mail clients, which are universal and easy to configure etc. Trying to bring it back as more casual than it feels to people these days · 3 weeks ago
