@eph But why tho? I'm like the only one in my circle that enjoys crispy brown, the rest of them love pork coal. I just can't wrap my head around it. I'm not saying it's weird or anything, just what is it about very stiff bacon that is "good"? · 2 years ago

well, depends on what kind of bacon. for example, in the romanian kitchen you have rather thick slices what are fried on low temperature for a quite long time. thin silces for burgers i like'em short fried at high temperatures. depends on. and sometimes i eat it raw like a true barbarian xD · 2 years ago
